How to Use

• How to open the legs:
  • Stand the suitcase upright on its wheels
  • For the lower set of legs:
    • Place one hand under the top cross-bar
    • Use your thumb to push down the locking switch, then pull the legs outward into the open position
  • Repeat the same process for the upper set of legs
  • That’s it—just two simple actions. The legs lock securely in either the fully closed or fully open position (they will not stay in any intermediate position)
• How to close the legs:
  • Stand the suitcase upright on its wheels
  • Start with the upper legs first. Hold the cross-bar and guide the legs back to the closed position until they click firmly into the latch
  • Repeat with the lower legs, ensuring they also click securely into place
  • Tip: You should hear a clear click when each set of legs locks correctly

Care Instructions

• Daily care and handling:
  • Always use the wheels when moving the suitcase—never drag it on its side or bottom
  • Lift the suitcase by the top or side handle when going up/downstairs or placing it in overhead bins
  • Avoid overloading the suitcase beyond the recommended weight limit
• Cleaning instructions:
  • Wipe down regularly using a soft cloth or sponge dampened with mild soap and warm water to clean the exterior
  • For stubborn marks, gently wipe with a mixture of mild dish soap and water. Rinse with a clean damp cloth. Or, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is also effective
  • Dry completely—always wipe the suitcase dry with a soft towel after cleaning
  • Vacuum or wipe the inside lining with a damp cloth. Let it air dry fully before closing
  • Wipe wheels with a damp cloth. Remove any dirt or debris from the wheels and zipper tracks
• Important:
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, harsh chemicals, solvents, or bleach—these can damage the polycarbonate shell
  • Avoid alcohol-based cleaners or furniture polish
• Storage:
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
  • Keep the suitcase empty and slightly unzipped to allow air circulation
  • For long-term storage, place it in a dust bag or cover if available
• Scratches and repairs: Minor scratches are normal with use and do not affect the suitcase’s strength
