Vacuum Storage System with 4 Containers

Silo is a smart countertop vacuum storage system that keeps everyday food fresh up to five times longer. Place a container on the base, press once, and a 160W pump draws a deep vacuum to -75kPa through a patented airway that runs to the bottom of the container, stripping out the oxygen that causes food to spoil. Fruits, vegetables, meats, grains, and leftovers stay fresh longer, so less of the weekly shop ends up in the bin.

Features

• Countertop vacuum food storage system with a 160W pump that draws a deep vacuum to -75kPa through a patented airway system
• Draws the air out through the bottom of each container to create a tight seal, reducing the oxygen exposure that drives spoilage
• Each cycle takes about 3–10 seconds and delivers consistent vacuum pressure
• Built-in scale reads to 0.1 oz with a maximum capacity of 22 lbs, and logs contents to the Silo app, which tracks what is stored and alerts before anything spoils
• Alexa is built into the base for hands-free labelling and lists
• Connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and runs on standard 110V household power
• Containers are made from baby bottle-grade Tritan with an anti-leak seal, and are microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe

Measurements

• Base:
  • Dimensions: 11” x 10.5” x 3.5”
  • Weight: 5.5 lbs
• Containers:
  • Mini, 2.5 cups: 5.2” x 5.2” x 3.7” (13.2 x 13.2 x 9.4 cm)
  • Small, 3.75 cups: 5.2” x 5.2” x 4.9” (13.2 x 13.2 x 12.5 cm)
  • Medium, 5 cups: 6.8” x 6.8” x 3.7” (17.3 x 17.3 x 9.4 cm)
  • Large, 7.5 cups: 6.8” x 6.8” x 4.9” (17.3 x 17.3 x 12.5 cm)

How to Use

• Place the container on the base so it covers the center of the machine; a slight angle is fine
• Lightly push the lid to start the vacuum seal, which takes about 3–10 seconds
• The pressure indicator on the lid turns blue to confirm the seal worked
• To open, press the rocker on the lid and the vacuum releases right away
• Keep the base clean and check the lid seals for debris—that's the only maintenance needed
• Silo needs to stay plugged in and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the full smart features. Without the app, the system runs in basic mode—sealing and the scale still work fully

Care Instructions

• Containers and lids are microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe
• Wipe the base with a damp cloth; the base is not dishwasher safe
