How to Use

• Roll the earplugs between your palms for at least 30 seconds and make sure they get very warm and soft before you put them in your ears
• Use your fingertips to mold them to the shape of your ear
• When they're warm and soft enough, they should feel malleable and create a seal between your ear canal and the outside environment

Care Instructions

• To clean the earplugs, wipe them off with alcohol wipes
• Between uses, keep the earplugs in their carrying case
