How to Use

• Apply a coat of Fully Charged Mascara Primer to top and bottom lashes and allow to dry before following with Fully Charged Mascara
• Once the primer is dry, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes, then hold for a few seconds to set
• Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build
• Use the wand vertically to apply to the lower lash line
