How to Use

• Press the Start/Stop button to start the default workout program
• Adjust the settings as desired
• Place your feet flat on the pedals and pedal forward or backward, just like using an exercise bike
• Use your legs to pedal, not your body. It’s easier to keep your upper body still if you pedal downward by pressing your feet downward, rather than forward, on the pedals
• When using Manual-Pedal mode, start with the lowest resistance level. Slowly increase the resistance, as well as your speed and workout duration
• The AutoGlide Red will automatically stop at the end of the session
• Red light is an optional feature and must be manually activated (press and hold Start/Stop for three seconds). Please review the user manual and setup steps to ensure proper operation and expected outcome
• Do not sit or stand on the AutoGlide Red to avoid damaging it
• Drink plenty of water before and after exercise
• Start slow and easy with shorter workouts. Work up to longer, more challenging workouts over several weeks
• Spend at least five minutes cooling down after exercise to avoid pulling muscles and other sports injuries
• Breathe naturally during exercise. Never hold your breath
• Make sure to take plenty of breaks during workouts and sufficient time off between workout sessions
• Always wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes. Appropriate clothing should be comfortable and allow you to move freely
• Try using small dumbbells or resistance bands to exercise your arms and legs at the same time. While you’re pedaling, you can do bicep curls, shoulder presses, and more
• Place a mat or rug under the elliptical to protect your carpet or flooring. Ensure that the mat/rug does not slide around before beginning the workout

Care Instructions

• Disconnect the power cable before cleaning or storing
• Use a dry cloth to wipe any dirt or moisture from the product after each use. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners to clean the product
• Periodically check the screws attaching the pedals to the elliptical, and tighten as needed
• Store product in a cool, dry, indoor location
• Do not store in direct sunlight, high-temperature, or high-moisture environments, or near heat sources
• Remove the battery from the remote control if the product will not be used for a long time
