How to Use 

• Lay flat on your back and gently lay your neck in the wedge cut-out
• Select a primary area to target:
• For muscles at the base of the neck, face the acu-stimulators up towards the head
• For lower neck and traps, face the acu-stimulators down towards the back/shoulders
• Works best on bare skin, but a thin shirt can reduce initial sensitivity
• Adjust as necessary to maximize relief
• Relax on the Wedge for at least 10 minutes (and up to 30)
• Repeat daily or as needed
