Materials

• Outer fabric: 85% nylon / 15% spandex
• Middle: 100% SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber)
• Inner fabric: 85% copper-infused nylon / 15% spandex

Sizing

• S/M:
• Fits biceps from 10”–16” around
• Crossbody strap is 37.5” in length
• L/XL:
• Fits biceps from 13”–23” around
• Crossbody strap is 39.5” in length

How to Use

• Put one side of the long strap through the buckle and fasten the Velcro securely. Loosely Velcro the arm strap at the bottom of the main piece
• Pull the brace over your shoulder. Take the long strap from behind and put it through the buckle on your chest. Fasten the long Velcro strap for a snug and secure fit
• Undo the Velcro under your arm, then re-tighten the Velcro to provide the support needed. It’s recommended to have a second person help with this step but not necessary
• Undo and adjust the triangle over the top of your shoulder to provide extra compression if desired. Adjust the front strap across your chest to provide more or less support depending on your needs

Care Instructions

• Machine wash on cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low. Do not iron
