Materials

• Middle: 100% hydrogel
• Shell: 85% copper-infused nylon / 15% spandex

How to Use

• Cold therapy: Place in the reusable bag and refrigerate for cooling, or freeze flat for at least 2 hours for icing
• Heat therapy: Microwave in 5-second intervals, checking temperature between each cycle until desired warmth is achieved. Do not overheat
• Caution: If you feel discomfort, remove immediately and allow the mask to return to a safe temperature

Care Instructions

• Wipe down with a dry cloth or towel before each use 
• After use, dampen a cloth with a 75% alcohol concentration, and wipe down again to disinfect
