Materials

• Middle: 100% hydrogel
• Shell: 85% copper-infused nylon / 15% spandex

How to Use

• Cold therapy:
  • Keep the sleeve inside the supplied resealable bag
  • Store in the refrigerator for cooling or in the freezer for icing
  • For freezer use, chill for a minimum of 2 hours
  • Remove from the bag and place over the ankle and foot
  • The CopperFreeze™ Ankle Sleeve can be stored in the freezer until ready for use
• Heat therapy:
  • Remove the sleeve from the supplied bag
  • Microwave for 5 seconds and test temperature
  • Repeat in 5-second intervals until desired warmth is reached
  • Do not overheat. The sleeve should be warm, not hot

Care Instructions

• Use damp cloth to wipe down. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron
• Lay flat to air dry
• Keep in the resealable bag for storage when not in use
